This Chinese restaurant is really very big and spacious with various private dining rooms to choose from. The ambience here is more like those traditional wedding banquet type. The service here was quite good but it's not those warm service. Plates were cleared regularly, tea was refilled promptly and the waiting time for the dim sum was not long so everything was quite alright.

Steamed Siew Mai with Fish Roe - $5.20++
The siew mai here was quite big portion as compared with some hotels. Taste wise was decent but i felt it's not succulent enough.
Baked BBQ Pork Puff - $5.20++
I don't really like the char siew su here. The taste of the char siew was quite strong and sweet. The exterior was a tad rough and taste pretty normal. I preferred those with some buttery baked skin taste.. I think it depends on individual preference.
Baked Mini Egg Tart - $4.80++
The egg tart was decent..
Deep Fried Spring Roll with Egg White & Crabmeat - $4.80++
This was one of the best and i think it was quite a rare dim sum that can be found in most dim sum places. The exterior was so crispy, the ingredients inside was so yummy even though we couldn't really taste the crabmeat and egg white (probably it's too tiny..) Remember to try this when you're there!
Deep Fried Mango Prawn Roll - $6.80++
The taste of the mango prawn roll was just nice, not too sour not too sweet...
Steamed Salted Egg Yolk Custard Bun - $4.80++
The skin of the bun was not fluffy type which was a disappointment.. The salted egg yolk was decent..
Dried Scallop and Dumpling in Shark's Bone Cartilage Soup - $16.80++
This was the most expensive soup in their dim sum list as the soup was boiled for many hours to enhance the taste. The broth was really thick and super yummy that you'll crave for more - Trust me! You can find dried scallops, dumpling and some prawns inside..
Chilled Mango Sago with Pomelo (Forgot the price)
As you can see from the photo, they don't really focus on the importance of the presentation. Can see the dessert was scooped hurriedly and there's a piece of mango stick on the edge of the bowl too.. Omg... Needless to say, i guess you all already know the conclusion of this dessert. The taste was exactly the same as the appearance - dull and sour... You may skip this dessert...
Recommended only if there is promotion of 50% discount from Mon-Sat and 30% on Sun & Public Holiday dim sum lunch. I feel that the original prices here is not on par with the quality.
