Some of the Main Course Selection:

Pizza

Signature Rotisserie Spring ChickenThis is the perfect Rotisserie Spring Chicken that I'm looking for! Well-Marinated, juicy and tender! The previous time when I'm here, the meat texture was quite tough, not so nice. So I think it depends on who is the chef that cook this.

          Fish of the Day:

           Barramundi with coconut sauce

Wow we were blown away by this dish, perhaps its due to the aromatic coconut sauce that has enhanced the barramundi's flavour!

I'm glad to see they provide a toaster for us to toast the bread ourselves. Must try their herbs foccacia, toast it and match with their Kombu Truffle Butter. I tell u all hor, this is the only place that u can find this special butter sia, cos it was specially made by the chef here. It was soooo good till I keep going back to have more foccacia because of this unique butter, the aroma & taste was so great till how I wish I can eat this whole bowl of butter into my stomach! Hahahaha!

Buffet Counter Items

Their seafood chowder is nice!
Tried their truffle mushroom soup before, its way too creamy and watery.

This is my favourite side dish at the buffet counter - Big & juicy clams, unlike some places served only tiny clams.. The broth was thick & flavourful too!

Most people are looking forward to an array of delightful desserts, unfortunately it will not be at this place. Only the chendol panna cotta is nice, the rest all cannot make it. Although their menu show Cempedak Creme Brulee, it will depends on their chef's choice. If you're lucky, then you'll get to eat this..

Conclusion: Their main course is really quite good, with nice herb foccacia, garlic prawns and clams at buffet counter, I feel its still worth a visit with relaxing & cosy ambience. Service is ok.

Be mindful that don't expect wide variety buffet with this low price, cheapest in Singapore Hotels. Bring your own water bottle if you do not want to pay more than $28++ per pax, otherwise just pay $36++ with free flow drinks.
