Scallop Carpaccio $26++
Hokkaido Scallop Marinated with Yuzu, Soy and Ginger. Topped with Fresh Shiso Leaves,
Crispy Bits and Fried Shallots
This is my favourite starter here! Very fine and smooth scallops that simply melts in your mouth with very refreshing sauce and yummy fried shallots!!!!!!
Duck Fritters $18++
Deep-Fried Duck Rillette Wantons
served with Pickled Cucumber
This is my 2nd favourite starter here! A very special duck wanton that you have to try!
Salted Egg Yolk Chicken Bits $12++
Wok-Fried Crispy Chicken Dices
coated with Salted Egg Yolk Sauce
Woohoo I enjoyed this salted egg yolk chicken dice bar snack! The salted egg yolk sauce was thick and flavourful!
Lobster Porridge $36++
Teochew-Style Lobster Rice Porridge in Crab Broth
with Baby Abalone and topped with Crispy Conpoy,
Bonito Flakes, Fried Shredded Ginger and Scallions
I love the half lobster and baby abalone but I felt that the crab broth was too bland and light. The rice grains were not fine too. Although this is their signature dish, but not to my liking.
Hungarian Pork $38++
Grilled Tender Mangalica Pork Collar in Bulgogi Sauce
with Roasted Potatoes and Sautéed Vegetables
This is a gem that you have to order!! Super tender and aromatic mangalica pork collar that melts in your mouth!!!
Lala Bee Hoon $18++
Fragrant Wok-Fried Vermicelli with White Clams
in Peppery Gravy
This is their signature dish. Everything is great except the white clams were all miserably small and the broth is not that flavourful...
Matcha Lava $12++
Warm Green Tea Cake with Matcha Ganache,
Azuki Red Beans and Vanilla Gelato Ice-Cream
Yam Brûlée $12++
Yam Paste with Gingko Nuts, Candied Pumpkin
and Coconut Ice-Cream
This is one of their signature dessert that you have to order! We usually have creme brulee at other places, but here you get to try our local yam paste with torched caramelised sugar atop! Premium coconut ice-cream was served alongside to complement the yam brulee. What a great dessert to end the meal!

Overall Impression: Although the prices here are on the high side, but the food presentation and food quality are really very impressive for a bar restaurant! 95% of the food here did not disappoint me. (The only downside is, the aircon here is quite warm especially when the place is crowded. Do avoid wearing long sleeve to this place.) Hope they can improve in this area.
The service here will be slow on weekend dinner as the place is usually crowded. If you come on weekdays and Sundays, you can experience peaceful ambience with good level of service.
This place is good for gathering, special occasions as well as hen's night! :)
*Highly Recommended*
