Opening Hours: 6.30am to 10pm daily

Visited on 4 Nov 2017 (Sat). I love having brunch at hotels and here comes the latest addition "Publico Deli" under Intercontinental Hotel Group at Robertson Quay. Not to worry, the prices here are comparable to family restaurants. Publico Deli is a casual Italian dining place that offers All Day Breakfast and specialty coffee by Liberty!

You can opt to dine indoor or alfresco! But no pets allowed in alfresco. :(

 Beverage Menu

Flat White ($5++)
The coffee here was up to my standard! Thick and aromatic!

Food Menu

Loch Fyne Salmon Benedict ($21++)
Generous portions of loch fyne smoked salmon and eggs benedict on warm baked ciabatta, served with spinach. You can taste the freshness of the eggs and the sauce here is unlike the usual hollandaise sauce, theirs is sriracha hollandaise which is more to a spicy punch. (Something different) Loch Fyne salmon is renowned for its quality and depth of flavour! You can taste the quality in this dish.

Mediterrean Scramble ($19++)
This dish is perfect for weight watchers. Free range scrambled egg white served on a bed of lightly sauteed vegetables and large slice of sourdough bread. Large slices of grilled chicken breasts marinated in yogurt and spices. The breast meat tends to be a little dry but that is to be expected. The generous portion will fill you up even if you're a big eater.

Irresistible Tiramisu ($12++)

The tiramisu here was the best that I had among so many places! Homemade goodness Italian dessert with espresso soaked ladyfingers, bitter chocolate, mascarpone cheese and flavoured with generous cocoa powder. The overall texture was melted in the mouth! Must order!!!

Overall Impression: The service here was average as it took a long time for the staff to clear our plates and not much smile from the staff. Probably the place was quite crowded that morning. Food quality was quite good.  Note: The portion of the food and dessert here was quite big so do not over order.  The coffee here was great too. Publico Deli is definitely a new nice brunch place!

Note: Publico Deli is usually very noisy and crowded from morning till around 11am as their hotel guests will be having breakfast buffet till around that time.  If you'd like to have a more peaceful ambience, please try to come after 11am. :)

Yeah I was so lucky to roll a Six! That means I'm entitled to 60% off the brew! Instead of paying $7++, the above glass of beer became $2.80++ only! What a good deal! :D

Salted Caramel Milkshake ($10++)

Food Menu

Grilled Miso Salmon Fish ($20++)
This is one of their signature rice bowl. Comes with yummylicious teriyaki sauce, multigrain rice and house salad. But the meat was a little tough. Hope the chef can improve in this. What a healthy, yet tasty meal.. Must order this dish ya!

Deep Fried Kurobuta Pork Loin ($20++)
This is another signature rice bowl here! Deep fried till golden brown crispy kurobuta pork loin with homemade garlic parmesan sauce, garlic quinoa and house salad.

Unique glass for ice water!
