I thought this was creative, first time trying char siew bao with osmanthus! Overall the main char siew taste was still there, not too sweet, added a touch of mild osmanthus in it to make the overall taste a little more aromatic. Nice bun but It would be good if the bun can be more fluffy.

It was not too sweet with very aromatic yam paste taste!
Overall Impression in 2015: 1 thing I don't really understand.. Usually we were either the first or 2nd to enter the restaurant and the first or 2nd to place our order for 2 pax. But the initial waiting time for the food was still very long everytime (Standard Initial Waiting Time of 20-25 mins) I would say the waiting time was quite ridiculous.
Note: When we revisited on 29 July 2017 (Sat), their waiting time for the food now was much shorter compared to the past few years with so much people complaining about it. Our waiting time was only about 10mins which we were very satisfied! I hope they can continue with this great improvement!
Service was inconsistent - Some days were very good while some days were average, so don't expect them to refill your cup of tea promptly. Most of the food quality here were really good while some still needs improvement. Though it's quite stressful to dine + food waiting + talking, everything to be done within 1hr and 45mins, overall it's still quite a Value for Money dim sum buffet with 5 star hotel elegant ambience!
