Seasonal Tastes, the hotel's signature dining venue, is a very spacious restaurant that offers a live interactive kitchen concept to provide a truly personalised dining experience amongst restaurants in Marina Bay, Singapore. The restaurant has floor-to-ceiling windows that show off breathtaking sea view. From Asian to international fare, Seasonal Tastes offers something to please everyone.

Overall Impression: The service here was alright. Don't expect wide variety of food during their lunch buffet. Food and dessert quality were slightly dropped now compared to 2015. But the ambience is really very relaxing and comfortable with the sea view, so it makes up for the quality in some of the food items. This restaurant is really huge that can hold big gatherings. So if you like spacious and high-rise hotel restaurant with sea view, adequate food quantity and quality, this is the place for you!

I really like the presentation of their dessert station especially the roller coaster shape to place the shooter glass, it's more attractive, isn't it!

It's nice to see the nonya kuehs in a 3-tier stand! But you can skip the oneh oneh, it's so dry and hard.... :(

I'm so happy to see they have Coconut Gelato! The gelato here was premium quality but a little disappointed to see there was no sorbet that day...

I love their mango pudding with a small flower atop to enhance the dessert presentation! The taste was also simple and good! Kept went back for this! The rest of the dessert were quite nice too!

Left: Sauteed Seasonal Vegetables. Right: The whole chicken stuffed with bacon is something similar like those stuffed X'mas turkey. Surprisingly the meat was not tough, quite tender and tasted great with bacon together!

And here is my yummy sandwich! I love their Focaccia Bread, crisp after toasted with smoked salmon, ham and crabmeat inside! Marvellous! Must-Try!

10 SCOTTS exudes an aura of elegance and relaxation with its contemporary decor complemented by a breathtaking view of the cascading waterfall. This place is quite 'atas' so i would suggest that you not dress too casually.  The service here was quite good but not warm... Plates were cleared regularly, food and beverages were served promptly.

The bottom tier consists of their signature crab cake, premium curry puff, prawn dumpling and soba noodle. 

This is the most attractive item here that you must have a few refill! Only 10 Scotts has the BEST Crab cake quality after trying at different places. It was fried till golden brown, crispy with real succulent crab meat and seemed like all the goodness were inside. I just can't get over this yummy crab cake with remoulade sauce inside!

The curry puff was surprisingly very good - premium flaky curry puff here!

The prawn dumpling tasted great as well!

The top-tier consists of 2 selection of sushi and prawn sandwich.

I like the lemon meringue tart here. The lemon was not too sour with very fragrant buttery taste and crunchy tart!

They have very nice sorbet here - I love the light Lychee and Raspberry Sorbet!

Overall Impression: The quality of the food here were quite good but don't expect wide variety selection of food as this is a very light semi buffet. A little disappointed in the 2-tier stand as there're nothing much except the crab cake and dim sum worth a refill. So just keep get a refill of those food which are nice and keep having different beverages + enjoy the intimate and romantic ambience - The ambience here was really great for couple! Sometimes it's really nice to pay for the ambience more than the food... :P

The best thing dining at 10 Scotts - All food and beverages are refillable and no restriction on the switch of beverages! If you prefer more selection of food, do go for their weekend high tea at $53++ per person. Visit the high tea page!
