Mediterranean Sea Bass
The sea bass was quite tender with strong charred taste on the skin. Not bad dish but can you see the whole dish colour looked very dull together with the courgettes.. Perhaps the chef should take note of the colour presentation. If the colour of the fish is already so dark, shouldn't paired with dull side dish colour...
Oven-Baked Spring Chicken
The meat was bland and a tad tough.
Overall Impression: The service here was quite good except there were a few times that I couldn't get the staff's attention. Though there were 10 dessert selections, but I just don't fancy these type of desserts that they served at One-Ninety except the soy bean panna cotta. (This is my own preferences, nothing to do with their dessert quality). Appetisers were ok. Overall the appetiser and dessert selection were quite boring. perhaps the dinner buffet will be more sumptuous.
The quality of their Main Course were decent, nothing impressive. Presentation of the food were also lacklustre. We were a tad disappointed with their food quality and presentation. Most likely we will not return again.
