Open 24/7, Escape serves delicious buffet spread of local & international delights from an interactive kitchen, where guests can watch the chefs 'live' in action as they whip up your culinary a la minute at the all day dining restaurant.

Buffet includes Free Flow of TWG Singapore Breakfast Tea - This tea has a very nice fragrance! I love their colorful teapot too!
And Free Flow of French Press Regular Coffee! They really have very unique french press!
My first time to see a huge showcase of all the kitchenware items beside the interactive kitchen!

Entry to the interactive kitchen area tends to get a bit cramped due to narrow entrance between the kitchenware and the interactive kitchen area as the staff will have to walk that area to prepare beverages while the guests have to get some of the food there too.

Green Tea Cheese Cake
I love this combination! But the cheese cake here was quite strong and the green tea was too mild so we can only taste more cheese than green tea. But the overall taste was satisfactory...
Orange Jivara
Surprisingly this cake was perfectly done.. The chocolate was not that rich with mild orange taste. And the texture was not hard or dry, very good!
Pandan Kaya
I'm a Pandan girl! I'll be very delighted to see anything with Pandan! Haha.. I must say the pandan kaya here was really good. The pandan was very fragrant and the texture was spongy. Thumbs up for this mouth-watering dessert!
Cassis Kahiva
This dessert tasted a tad sour with the red colour sauce below..

The desserts at this section were very dry, need improvements...

My vote is the Chicken Ham! The smoked salmon was sliced into very big portion!
Double Boiled Herbal Silken Chicken Soup
The herbal chicken soup tasted a tad too salty that day, we had to stop after a few sips.. But i like the herbal taste, not too strong just nice..
French Onion Soup
The french onion soup was decent..
The roasted duck meat was a tad too tough...
Pasta Live Station
Choice of Beef or Vege in tomato sauce or Aglio Aglio
Sashimi is freshly cut upon request.
The food were all placed on induction hob to keep the food warm at all times.
Curry Fish
This was quite spicy and the fish meat was cooked perfectly. Delicious!
Beef Rendang
John Dory, Canary Squid Au Torchon Roasted Lobster Jus
The dory was very tender, complemented very well with the special roasted lobster sauce!
Slow Braised Merlot Wine Challand Duck Paired with Grilled William Pear
Was expecting this dish to be good based on the long "atas" name but was quite disappointing after that. The duck meat was quite tough and we couldn't taste any wine in it so this dish did not bring out the full flavour.
Cauliflower with Crabmeat
I'm not a vege person but due to the real succulent crab meats accompanied with the cauliflower, i don't mind taking it and it really tasted much nicer with the crab meat.. Haha..
Salted Egg Prawn
The salted egg yolk flavor was not strong enough with mild salty and sweetness. It would be good if they can put in more salted egg to enhance the taste. This was the most popular dish there and we usually don't see this dish at hotel buffet. You have to grab this fast otherwise it will be gone soon and need to wait awhile for the chef to cook new batch..

Special treats from the pastry chef! We really love and appreciate the efforts made for this dessert platter!!! The desserts were not only captivating but also delighted our taste buds due to a clever mix of chocolate and other ingredients.

Manjari Panna Cotta with Jivara (White chocolate mousse) and apple jelly at the bottom. The combination were well thought of. After finished the light white chocolate mousse, there is refreshing apple jelly at the bottom to cleanse your palate.
Chocolate with passion fruit tart - Light chocolate with buttery crisp tart - yummy!
Fig macaroon - I'm not a macaroon lover as i usually find them too sweet but the sweetness of this fig macaroon is really perfect! I love the colour combination too - gives me a joyful feeling!

Overall Impression: Generally their dessert here looks heavy but are actually quite light which is good. And the desserts here are not very sweet type unlike some places with too sweet feeling that made you get sick of it easily. As for the food, most of them are decent. I personally feel that the dessert quality are much better than the food quality.
The service here was prompt and good! Plates were cleared fast and they will go to every table to refill the water regularly without asking. The staff were very polite too. Thumbs up for their great service!
