Revisited on 26 Sep 2015 (Sat) for their dinner buffet. The Carvery is a new buffet restaurant with a poolside view located beside IKEA . This restaurant is a little different from other hotel restaurants as the main highlight is their top-grade signature roasts, with 3-4 selections of Beef, Lamb, Pork Belly, Pork Knuckle and Chicken daily. Besides this, indulge in their Asian and Continental dishes, Wood-fired Pizzas, Pasta, Salad Greens and delectable desserts.
Lunch: 12:00 noon to 3:00pm (Daily $38++) (Adult)
Dinner: 6:00pm to 10:00pm
Sundays to Thursdays $56++ (Adult)
Fridays and Saturdays $62++ (Adult)

Wow this was really mind-blowing... Look at the skin that was marinated to perfection - Flavourful and Aromatic.. The meat was soooo tender and juicy too, overall the taste was awesome!!! I kept went back for this, too addictive! I was even drooling when I saw this photo again while writing this.... You have to try to believe it!!! Best Rotisserie Chicken in Singapore!
Yorkshire Pudding (Only Available at Dinner)
Yorkshire pudding is an English side dish made from batter consisting of eggs, flour, and milk. It may also be served as a dessert. It was so fluffy and crispy - Have it with the gravy provided at the long counter. Must try!!

Signature English Trifle (With Alcohol)
Layered with luscious thick custard and sponge cake soaked with Baileys, fresh fruits and berries are added to give a balance in acidity to the sweetness. Not to worry the alcohol was very mild and this dessert was so irresistible that made me went back for more!!
Tiramisu
I'm always delighted to see Tiramisu in dessert buffet. This Tiramisu was so soft and light that made me went back for more too!

Harry's Choice
Many of us will be guessing - Who is Harry? Heard that Me Lee Kuan Yew like the chocolate mousse dessert at one of the events that he went to get more on his own! And Mr LKY's English name was Harry! So this is the reason why the chef name this chocolate mousse as Harry's choice - Mr LKY's favourite dessert! It was rich but very satisfying for chocolate lovers!

Overall Impression: The service here was very good, the plates were cleared and water was refilled promptly. The food quality here was quite high except the pizza were lacklustre, the ingredients were not tasty, a tad bland. As for the desserts, half were fantastic while the other half were decent.

After the dinner buffet, you still can come out to have a stroll at the poolside as well as hop over to Aqua Luna for some drinks - All at same floor, so convenient! (Photo below)
Aqua Luna - Romantic Ambience at Night
Aqua Luna which is just outside The Carvery, is an alfresco bar situated on the infinity pool. I think this is really cool, isn't it?! Watch spectacular sunsets over lush tropical foliage at Aqua Luna, the swim-up bar and savour delicious bar nibbles paired with specialty mojitos, martinis and margaritas concocted by their mixologists.
