         Afternoon Tea menu changes regularly...

The main entrance of Fullerton Bay Hotel going towards The Clifford Pier...

Famous Hong Kong Designer (Andre Fu) has transformed the restaurant at the historical Clifford Pier to a grand dining...

This place is simply gorgeous!

Cosy and luxurious interior!

Plush sofa seats for big groups!

Complimentary Nice Keropok on every table - The Prawn flavour ones are really very nice!

This is one of the main attraction to have afternoon tea here - the pianist-singer has a very nice & charming vocal that is very soothing to the ear!!!!! It's a great pleasure to be here to enjoy the lush ballads. Only on Mon-Sat from 3-5pm!

A live Jazz band performance on Sundays from 2.00pm to 5.00pm.

This is their Alfresco seatings! It's quite hot during the day but i'm sure this is the best area during night time to watch the laser show from Marina Bay with beautiful night view!

The scones were a tad hard but the taste was ok, got some buttery taste which i like.. Nowadays kaya are getting popular to dip with scones!

Bottom Tier

Second Tier

Top Tier

This is my most favourite item here - Pandan Kaya Cake!

Basically, only the bottom and second tier attracts me. Sorry to say that there's nothing nice on the top tier. The Kueh Lapis at the second tier was very dry and hard which i think you can skip

Overall the afternoon tea items here were average so don't expect anything that is mind-blowing.. But they were very generous to provide so many items for afternoon tea. We feel very full after we finished the 2 tiers, so we have to force ourselves to finish the 3rd tier. Therefore i think no refill of the items is needed unless you're a super big eater..

As for the service, there were some hits and misses from the waitresses. Only the manager (Elvin) provides the best service which was worth to mention on that day!

I think the main attraction to dine here is the lavish ambience rather than the food. But somehow it's a pity that the local hawker fare does not fit into the classy ambience here... This gorgeous restaurant should serve fine dining food or at least serve other types of food rather than hawker fare. Anyway it's really a very romantic place so i will definitely come back again. Hope the chef will continue to improve in the food quality and creativity!

Revisited on 27 July 2014 (Sun) to try their ala carte items.

We shared a plate of Fried Char Kway Teow but to our disappointment, the sauce was too sweet and the standard was not even close to those found in popular hawker centres.

Fried Char Kway Teow - $16++

Pandan Ice Cream Sandwich - $12++
The Pandan Ice Cream was marvellous! It was very smooth and creamy with the fragrance of Pandan and complemented the soft rainbow sandwich! It's very rare to find such a nice Pandan ice cream else where in Singapore. I'm glad to find it at The Clifford Pier! A very wonderful dessert to make you end with a smile! :-)

Take a peek at their dessert menu!

*Recommended for the ambience, food needs improvement*
