Prices for Lunch Buffet from Monday to Saturday:

Mondays – Fridays: $35++ (adult) | $17.50++ (child)

Saturdays: $42++ (adult) | $21++ (child)

(Includes free-flow of soft drinks, coffee & tea)

Spend quality time with the family over a wholesome lunch at Seasonal Tastes on Sundays. Children will love the kid-friendly buffet spread catered especially for them, along with the various fun-filled activities to keep them occupied, while you recharge and enjoy the weekend before the start of the work week.

$58++ per adult | $29++ per child 

Available every Sunday from 12p.m. - 3p.m.

One child dines free with every two paying adults.

Seasonal Tastes, the hotel's signature dining venue, is a very spacious restaurant that offers a live interactive kitchen concept to provide a truly personalised dining experience amongst restaurants in Marina Bay, Singapore. The restaurant has floor-to-ceiling windows that show off breathtaking sea view. From Asian to international fare, Seasonal Tastes offers something to please everyone.

This is something interesting that I've never seen before at hotel buffet. Now they have a photo tag to tell you the main dishes are created by which chef. I thought this is a very good idea to let guests know which chef is cooking the dishes! :D


Overall Impression: The service here was alright. To me, they offer extensive food selection. I can see Seasonal tastes has put in great effort to improve in their food selection, presentation and quality, compared to my previous visits.  

As for the dessert selection, the texture of those whole cake were quite tough, hope to see fluffy cake instead! The ambience is very relaxing and comfortable with the sea view. This restaurant is really huge that can hold big gatherings. So if you like spacious and high-rise hotel restaurant with sea view, adequate food quantity and quality, this is the place for you!

Pricing: $50++ per adult (includes free-flow coffee, TWG tea and chilled juices)

      $85++ per adult (includes free-flow Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut champagne and sustainable red and white wines), $30++ per child (ages 5 to 12)

Weekend Afternoon Tea Buffet (Saturday & Sunday, including Public Holidays)

Pricing: $53++ per adult (includes free-flow coffee, TWG tea and chilled juices), 

      $88++ per adult (includes free-flow Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut champagne and sustainable red and white wines), $33++ per child (ages 5 to 12)



Visited on 27 May 2018 (Sun). 10 SCOTTS exudes an aura of elegance and relaxation with its contemporary decor complemented by a breathtaking view of the cascading waterfall. This place is quite 'atas' so i would suggest that you not dress too casually.  

The ambience here is those 'tai-tai style' of high tea with comfy sofa and cushions for you to couch. It makes you feel right at home (Residential-Style Lounge)



These are the best seats to see cascading waterfall by the window but sad to say that there is no table for 2 at this area, here are for big groups..

This is the only dessert that I like from the top tier... The chocolate looked very rich but tasted quite light with pandan layer at the bottom. A very unique dessert!

The waitresses will go around to pass you some drip coffee brewed for hours from South America. Black Coffee and Coffee with Milk. I still prefer the black coffee!

Overall Impression: The service here was quite good but not warm... Plates were cleared regularly, food and beverages were served promptly. But... Compared to my previous visit few years back, the food quality and dessert selection seemed to be lacklustre now. I would rather not to have the seafood selection, but instead give us premium quality food & dessert selection as this is a high tea buffet. 

The price is a little steep for a high tea buffet (Due to the additional seafood selection). I wished the price can maintain below SGD45 without the seafood selection, moreover this is a high tea buffet! But overall ambience + experience is a good one. Still worth a visit to have the tai tai style of high tea! :)
