Hainanese Poached Chicken Rice

 Most of the Hainanese chicken rice from hotels never impress me. To my surprise, the chicken meat here was really smooth and tender compared to the dry and hard ones from other hotels. Remember to try this!

Fried Black Pepper Prawns / Crispy Chicken Wings / Chicken & Beef Satay

 Remember to try their black pepper prawns if you see it. The prawns were succulent with very nice black pepper sauce! The satays here were equally good as well~!

Look out for their signature Chempadek Creme Brulee placed on the top tier! Yummy!

Overall Impression: The food quality at Element restaurant has improved compared to my visit few years back. As this is a high tea buffet, I would expect to see wide variety desserts and quality dessert selection. But the desserts here were quite a let down and the selection are more or less the same & boring each time I've visited. The rest of the food here were mostly quite good! The service here was not bad but do not compare the service with those 5 star hotels. Overall this place is worth a visit, great for gatherings!

Visited on 11 Nov 2017 (Sat). There haven been many new hotels launched lately. Another new hotel has opened in Nov 2017 under Marriott Group located at Novena area. Treat yourself to hearty and healthy buffet at this new all day dining restaurant at Sky 22.  

When the lift opened at level 22, I was impressed by the huge place with floor-to-ceiling glass windows that showcase panoramic views of the district at their lift lobby.

Overall Impression: The service here was alright. Food quality here were decent, the desserts were boring and below average quality. Heard that they have included chilli crab, drunken prawns or salted egg prawns during dinner buffet now. (Menu on rotation basis) 

Do give it a try ya! But the selection here were very small so do not expect variety, this place is only suitable for small eaters. 

If you just want to have a simple hotel buffet with high rise view at affordable prices, this is the place for you. Note: The price of the buffet does not include any coffee or tea. Additional charge for ala carte drinks ordered.
