Superior Chicken Soup with Bamboo Pith & Fresh Mushroom (One Serving Per Person)
This soup was boiled for hours and the taste was full of flavour! Must Order!

Roasted Duck Platter
Their Signature Dish here: Roasted duck with tea leaves. Not bad except the meat was a tad tough...

Charcoal Grilled Pork Collar

Deep-Fried Prawns with Thousand Island Sauce & Crispy Cracker

Steamed Xiao Long Bao

Deep-Fried Duck Roll with Salted Egg Yolk

Steamed Custard Bun with Salted Egg Yolk

Deep-Fried Seafood Dumpling Stuffed with Yam

Dessert: Chilled Mango Sago and Chinese Herbal Jelly
(One Serving Per Person)

Overall Impression: Quite good service with limited buffet selection. I feel that there shouldn't be any limit for desserts as other hotels with dim sum buffet doesn't have any limit ordering for the desserts. Decent food quality with cosy ambience here. With the Citibank 15% off, this place is still worth a visit with your family!

My Favourite here!

Stir-fried “Kurobuta” with White Pepper Sauce
I like the white pepper sauce, very peppery and aromatic with tender kurobuta meat!

Pan-fried Pumpkin Cake
The pumpkin cake was a tad dry. Like the icing sugar atop the pumpkin cake.

Hot Almond Cream

Chilled Water Chestnut Soup

Signature Baked Mini Egg Tart with Bird’s Nest
(Limited To One Piece Per Diner)

I like the bird's nest but the egg tart itself do not have any fragrant taste.

Overall Impression: The buffet starts at 12pm but we arrived quite early at 11.40am. We were allowed to go in and start our buffet early. Haha. (They're not really strict in the timing) Service here was quite good initially when there was no crowd, but when more tables were filled up, the staff were seemed stressful and not much smile.

Quite limited variety buffet selection. Food quality were between average to not bad. If you have not been to Feng Shui Inn, this is quite a good chance to go try their buffet. Otherwise can go try their Ala carte food. Price is not cheap but it's a nice experience to dine in such a big chinese restaurant at RWS!
