The lightings at Wan Hao was a bit dim and their aircon was pretty cold that it will make you feel sleepy easily after some time. Do bring a cardigan or jacket along. Overall i still like the ambience here as the restaurant is cosy and the people here don't talk loudly so it's a very good place to have dim sum & nice chat here with your partner/family/friends.

I like this little cosy corner! It would be good to have this seat if you have 4 pax.

Baked Honey-Glazed Pork Puff
The pastry of the Char Siew Su was quite crispy but i don't really like the Char Siew taste inside, a bit strong. I'd prefer the one at Jade restaurant @Fullerton, lighter char siew taste.

Deep Fried Prawn Rolls Wrapped In Beancurd
I like this! Crispy and fresh prawns inside!

Steamed Pork Siew Mai
The Siew Mai was quite nice...

Steamed Dumplings with Scallop
This was my most favourite dim sum here! The scallop & prawn were fresh and succulent with the natural sweetness juice from the scallop!

Deep-Fried Taro Dumplings
 Their Taro dumplings quite nice!

Smoked Duck Slice
I love the smoked duck slice, very nice!

Steamed Egg Custard Bun
This was average as the bun was not fluffy kind

Baked Crispy Honey-Glazed BBQ Pork Bun

This was quite disappointing.. The baked pastry was soft, not crispy. The one at Tim Ho Wan was much nicer...

Grilled Salted Straw Mushroom

Claypot Stewed Diced Chicken, Garlic,Spring Onion & Dried Chillies

Crispy Prawn with Homemade Sauce

Sea Perch and Eggplant Steamed with Black Bean Sauce
This was super tender and nice, must order this more!

Yam Puff coated with Almond Flakes

Crispy Beancurd with Seaweed

Crispy Eggplant with Garlic & Chicken Floss
The above 7 dishes were mostly quite nice, worth to order!

Mini Baked Egg Tart
The taste was average.

Red Bean Paste, Pumpkin with Mandarin Orange Peel Sago & Herbal Jelly

I quite like the Pumpkin with Orange Sago, a rather rare & refreshing dessert. If given a choice, i'll still prefer Pomelo Mango Sago than Pumpkin Orange Sago. But it was good to try out this new special dessert.

Overall, Wan Hao have more special dishes than other dim sum restaurants. Food quality is between average-slightly above average for some items. It's a waste that Service was not very good on that day. Very hard to catch their attention, many young servers seemed not very experienced too.  And halfway during the meal, we waited for at least 20mins for our food to be served. As there is limited time in this buffet, 20 mins of food delay was really too much.. Made us feel so rush to finish all food within the restricted time due to their delay..

Hope they will improve in their service level to make customers feel like going back there again.
